Depending on the application of our FERRITE Magnet FD25X3mm, we have a choice of discs, rings and blocks.
Some applications are crafts, souvenirs, fridge magnets, whiteboard magnets.
These magnets are very easy to apply and are made from high quality magnetic ceramic ferrite material with a very sticky self adhesive foam backing on the reverse. Often used for craft activities, these are much stronger than our 0.85mm and 1.5mm thick magnets and they are a solid magnet meaning they cannot be cut down to size so please bear this in mind when purchasing.

Ceramic ferrite magnets are a type of rare earth magnet, but they are not the strongest. They are stronger than our flexible magnets, but not as strong as neodymium rare earth magnets. The magnets on this listing are most suitable for everyday crafting purposes and not for industrial use. You can make fridge magnets with these and they are a stronger magnetic option to our flexible magnets, but they will not be strong enough to hold up metal objects such tools or drill bits.
We recommend researching carefully the differences between ceramic ferrite and neodymium magnets to see which is most suitable for your use. As well as this, different sizes and thicknesses will have different magnetic strengths.
If you are unsure at all about whether these magnets are suitable for your project, please contact us so we can advise you. It’s much better that you get the right thing the first time round, rather than ordering and finding out these are unsuitable for your project.
